1) What is independent cinema and how is it different to Hollywood blockbusters?                                          Independent Cinema is a place where independent movies are promoted as they do not have the budget to promote as well as blockbusters

  2) What is I, Daniel Blake about?                                                                                                                               It is about a man who has been ill due to a heart attack is rendered unable to work but needs money. He is struggling as the state are not providing him with enough money and then meets a woman with children in the same situation as him in terms of money so they begin to protest.

Ken Loach directed the movie and this is because he is famous for directing movies with a political message

Guerrilla marketing was used and disruptive marketing from interviews with BBC question time to projecting 'I, Daniel Blake' on the Houses of Parliament.

a free/pay what you can method was used at screenings

Around £2 million and it made a total profit of £11 million

Yes it was an amazing success by making nearly 6 times more than the allocated budget at the Box Office.
